Refund and Returns Policy

Since shop.gustoservices.ca offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once an order is completed and the product has been sent. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Please note that our free designs, provided in partnership with our respected collaborators, are not eligible for refunds or chargebacks.

Our goal is always to ensure customer satisfaction with our service and products. However, due to the nature of digital products, once they are downloaded, their use and sharing cannot be controlled. Therefore, we do not offer refunds as per our digital product policy.

That said, we do understand that exceptional circumstances can arise with digital products. We will honor refund requests in the following cases:

  • Non-Support of Orders: If we have not responded to support requests related to your order within three (3) business days.
  • File Issues: If the file is corrupted or damaged, and there is no way to resolve the issue.
